Tell Hannah about your current website and the changes you’re planning. Do this BEFORE changing your website.

Book your migration intensive.
Your migration intensive is often completed across 1–3 days, alongside your site launch.

Prep all requested access and info.
Get Hannah all requested access items ahead of your booked session times. Don't launch your new site yet!

Migrate your site.
Hannah works through the migration process to transition your website and its SEO safely. The new site launch or migration happens during this time. Please don't start it earlier or cleanup will be more complex and with incomplete data!

Monitor results.
All SEO migrations come with 30 days of monitoring to ensure the transition worked successfully.

Most migrations for small businesses will be straightforward and done in one VIP SEO day with flat rate pricing.
For more complex migrations on larger sites, combining multiple domains, or with a large e-commerce catalogue, I'll need to review and quote those individually
Essential Migration
$1,400+
When booked during 2026. Pricing increases 2027.
For smaller rebuilds and straightforward website moves.
REBUILDS: Up to 100 pages with changes to the website's folder or URL structure (not including the domain.)
MOVES: Up to 500 pages with no changes to the folder or URL structure, when moving domains or platforms.
Typical timing: Often completed in one day.
Advanced Migration
Custom quote
Pricing is tailored to the complexity of your current website and your planned changes.
For complex migrations with more than 100 individual URL changes or more than 500 URLs in total.
Complex rebuilds and moves: Rebuilds over 100 pages, or moves involving 500–100,000+ URLs.
Typical timing: 3+ days, or a few weeks for enterprise moves when your dev team will be implementing recommendations and needs more lead time for implementation and review.
